These commitments are embedded in our governance model and operational framework. DDF operates management systems covering Quality, Environment, Occupational Health & Safety, and Energy Management, ensuring consistent implementation across the organisation.
Our systems are built on regulatory compliance, risk assessment, and performance monitoring, with defined indicators regularly reviewed to ensure measurable progress. Transparency regarding our sustainability objectives, actions, and key performance indicators is provided through our SSMA Report (available for download), reflecting our integrated approach to environment, safety, and governance.
As part of the MINERSA Group, DDF adheres to established principles of ethics and corporate governance, promoting integrity, accountability, and responsible business conduct.



DDF integrates sustainability criteria into its supplier management processes, promoting responsible sourcing aligned with our environmental, ethical, and compliance standards.
Since 2011, DDF has been a member of the Together for Sustainability (TfS) initiative. Supplier sustainability performance is evaluated using recognised third-party methodologies, including EcoVadis, covering Environment, Labour & Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement.
Through structured supplier assessment and continuous engagement, DDF strengthens responsible value chains and long-term ESG alignment.
DDF’s Environmental Management System is certified in accordance with ISO 14001:2015 (certificate available for download), ensuring a structured approach to environmental protection, pollution prevention, and regulatory compliance.
Environmental aspects and impacts are assessed within a risk-based framework. Objectives and key performance indicators are defined and regularly reviewed to improve emissions control, resource efficiency, and waste management.
DDF complies with European REACH legislation and participates in the Comité Technique Européen du Fluor (CTEF), contributing to responsible industrial practices at European level.
The health and safety of our employees and business partners is a strategic priority. Our Occupational Health and Safety Management System is certified under ISO 45001 (certificate available for download), ensuring systematic risk identification and prevention.
As a Seveso-regulated site, DDF is audited in compliance with Directive 2012/18/EU. Our product stewardship approach extends throughout the supply chain, including oversight of logistics partners and emergency preparedness.
Energy performance and climate action are core pillars of DDF’s sustainability strategy.
Our Energy Management System is certified according to ISO 50001:2018 (certificate available for download), ensuring structured monitoring and continuous optimisation of energy use.
Aligned with the Minersa Group decarbonisation roadmap, DDF is committed to:
– Reducing Scope 1 and Scope 2 greenhouse gas emissions by 50% by 2030 (baseline year: 2019).
– Achieving climate neutrality by 2050.
